Smoker 100x39x33 cm made of 1.4016 CR stainless steel with viewing window
- There is an adjustable ventilation flap on the oven and on the charcoal drawer.
- The oven has stable locks with a removable key (child safety lock!).
- You can also extend the smoker with our gas burner 4.2kW or our electric heater no. 103.
- The oven can be loaded with fish, meat or sausage on 7 levels, another level is for the fat collecting tray and another for hanging hooks.
- You can hot and cold smoke.
