- Adjustable smoke outlets and ventilation flaps are located on the oven and on the charcoal drawer.
- The stove has stable locks with removable key (child safety lock!).
- The combustion chamber and smoking chamber are separated, the separating plate is perforated.
- Optionally, our fish baskets and fish grids can be used.
The oven can be loaded with 12 layers of fish, meat or sausage. In addition, hanging smoking is possible.
