As is often the case, a custom-made product becomes a commercial product. The customer – an experienced hunter and self-processor – was the inspiration for the name and kept saying: I need one that is thicker.
Design:
Double-walled with 30 mm rock wool insulation
Smoking chamber height: approx. 1000 mm
Viewing window H = 440 mm, W = 250 mm
Sliding rails installed every 100 mm with positive fit
Heating can be used flexibly for hot or cold smoking:
Wood/charcoal: Fire drawer made of V2a stainless steel in reinforced design with cover including ventilation slide and recess for the use of an electric heater
Electric (optional): 2.3 kW electric heater > Electric heating can be ordered here
Gas (optional): 4.2 kW gas burner > Gas heating can be ordered here
The Dicke Smoki is delivered fully assembled and is equipped with:
- 1 x thermometer 120°C
- 3 x grease drip trays
- 1 x smoking flour tray
- 8 x hanging rods
- 4 x flat grate with edge frame 435x335mm made of stainless steel
- 1 x throttle element DN100mm made of V2A stainless steel for air flow regulation
- Base cabinet made of V2A stainless steel with 4 (partially lockable) swivel castors, approx. 585 mm high
- Preparation for screwing the oven to the base cabinet, including screws/nuts
- Packaging on disposable pallet
