There is a perforated partition plate between the combustion chamber and the smoking chamber, so you can use the Smoki ovens to heat and smoke at the same time, using only wood!
The oven can be hung or laid flat and loaded with fish, meat or sausages – naturally, there are no limits to your imagination.
